What is your return policy?
+We accept returns on all unused items if requested within 2 weeks of package receipt. We do not accept returns for any used items and there are no exceptions to this rule. Visit https://bentobong.com/returns for return instructions.
How long does shipping take?
+Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt. We ship through USPS from Seattle. Shipping usually takes 2-5 days depending on location.

So it's a bong made out of plastic... Is that safe?
+All Bento products are made with BPA/BPS-free Tritan plastic. It is durable, safe, and disassembles for easy cleaning. The bowl and downstem are 100% borosillicate glass, keeping your flame separated from the rest of the bong.
How do I know how much water to put in the bong?
+A small 'b' is engraved on each bong. This can be used as a water fill line. We suggest filling the bong to the middle of the 'b'
What are the dimensions of the Single and the Double?
+The Single is about 9.5 inches tall and the Double is about 10.5 inches tall
How do I assemble the bong?
+Our packaging comes with instructions, but if you threw it away you can follow these steps. First, you'll set the base on a flat surface. Slot a percolator then an o-ring onto the base. If you got a Single, place the mouthpiece on top, and twist to lock it in place. If you got a Double, place the connector, another percolator + o-ring, and then the mouthpiece on top of the base, then twist it all together to lock it in place. You may hear some noise the first few times you assemble it. This is normal and will go away once you've used it a few times.
Do you offer international shipping?
+We currently only offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico
How are the bongs packaged and shipped?
+All Bento products are packaged in 100% recyclable, discreet brown cardboard box with a Bento logo on the front.
How do I clean my Bento?
+We suggest cleaning your Bento one of three ways. For a quick clean, just disassemble and scrub everything down with a sponge and some dish soap. If you have a dishwasher, you can disassmble your Bento and throw it in the top rack. If you're looking for a deeper clean, we suggest sealing up your Bento pieces in a sealable plastic bag with 70% isopropyl alcohol, and some salt. Once you've sealed the bag, shake it all around and your Bento should come out nice and clean.
